I thought "twist lock" meant the cord to the tool, but as it was the plug at the end of the cord, I had to cut it off and put on a standard outlet end. My mistake, but I'm dropping 1 star since they used this type of plug in on the tool. Even in construction, a twist lock outlet is rarely seen.
