ClarkI recently purchased the 60 tooth blade for general DIY use, replacing a 'stock' 80 tooth blade that I had most recently been using to cut pine baseboard trim and shoe trim. I have found that the Makita A-93712 12-inch 60 tooth blade makes a noticeably cleaner cut on the baseboards and particularly on the shoe trim.
